Present: Chairman Richard Rockwood, Selectmen Daniel Donovan III, William
Condra, and Recording Secretary Pam Atwood
The meeting was called to order at 6:30 PM.
Selectman Donovan called for a non-public session per RSA 91-A3, II (c). A roll call vote with all in favor was made.
Chairman Rockwood called the regular meeting back to order at 8:12 PM.
Steven Delahunty, Chairman of the Pack Monadnock 10 Mile Road Race had called the Selectmen’s Office to ask for permission to have the race go through parts of Wilton. Motion: Chairman Rockwood made a motion, seconded by Selectman Condra to allow the race to go through Wilton. All voted in favor.
Chairman Rockwood read a letter from the State of NH, DES regarding the Recycling Center issues that had not been addressed. There was discussion about putting a roof or cover over the 2,000 gallon tank. Chairman Rockwood suggested getting a price from the contractor that built one for the Town of Hollis.
The Board reviewed paperwork submitted by Dawn Tuomola regarding the PSNH Street Lighting Project.
Andrew Hoar submitted a letter requesting re-appointment to the ZBA
as an alternate member.
Motion: Selectman Donovan made a motion to re-appoint Andrew
Hoar as an alternate member to the Zoning Board of Adjustment, seconded
by Selectman Condra, which passed unanimously.
The Board reviewed the 3 requests submitted to the State of NH for FEMA money.
The bills and payroll for the week were reviewed and approved.
The correspondence and informational material was reviewed.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:30 PM with all in favor.
