Gary Crooker, Carl Boutwell, Don Nourse and Don Condon attended the meeting to formally ask that they use Whiting Hill Park for the Old Home Days August 22 through the 30. The Board approved the request.
They then made a proposal to install a permanent electrical supply so that they do not have to have temporary service for events held in the Park. The plans for the enclosure and where it would be placed were discussed. Mr. Boutwell explained the plans and the cost. The committee members asked the Board if they put up $500.00, would the town pay the remainder of the cost.
