7:00 Business Meeting

1. Discussed and voted to pass the four documents: Carnival Hill Baseline Documentation, Carnival Hill LCHIP Checklist for Environmental Site Assessment, Carnival Hill Site Assessment Survey, and Carnival Hill Land Management & Stewardship Plan.

2. Discussed proposed SHELL station on route 101 site and how that area, if built upon, needs visual barriers placed along the highway.

3. Discussed the possible damage to the town’s aquifer located near the proposed SHELL station site.

4. Discussed the walk of Lot H-111, for 17JUN02 at 7:00PM, to see if a proposed driveway and three possible wetland areas on the said property would be effected.

5. Discussed the meeting for 17JUN02 at 8:15PM with the town selectmen concerning the documents passed above.

6. Discussed that on 17JUN02 the second field study for the Carnival Hill Natural Resources Inventory List would be performed by Andrew.

7. The next regular meeting is scheduled for 08JUL02 at 7:00PM at the Town Hall.
