Alan Preston was absent.
• Reviewed and approved continued support for budget as submitted.  Loss of carry-over was discussed.

• Carnival Hill management plan will be review in April.
• Brooks & River Pollution Concerns - Authorized follow up.
• Status of Interval lot reported and Abbott Hill Gravel Operation Concerns - Authorized follow up.
