• Minutes of September 13th, September 20th and October 12th were approved,
with changes.
• Budget Review – Place in the paper a public notice about the removal
of funds from the Conservation Fund of up to $7500 for the Hoover Property
and Hamlin Property noted later in these minutes. Vote was unanimous.
• ZBA Meeting – Reviewed agenda.
• Planning Board Meeting – Lynne presented the list issues of concern
to the WCC relative to Granite State expansion application; our position
paper will be based on these. Discussed same; all in agreement.
• Four Corners Farm – Dedication Celebraion held on October 17.
Dedication of easement with LCHIP present, including issuing of certificates
to the people involved with this project. Ribbon cutting ceremony
at Trail site.
• Frog Pond – Selectmen signed a purchase and sales agreement, contingent
on approval at Town Meeting.
• Potter Road Property – Town owned land: The Town-owned land
in memory of a town citizen needs to be monitored.
• Hamlin - Lot H-114 – Authorized the spending of up to $600 from the
Conservation Acquisition Fund for the purchase of Trail Easements on this
property. Vote was unanimous.
• Hoover Property Easement:
NH Corridor #13 Trails are on property, Greg
Hutchinson is investigating.
NEFF is working on easement language which
will be suitable to all parties. Spencer is acting as liaison for
WCC.
Authorize the withdrawal of up to $6000.00
and expending of funds from the Conservation Acquisition fund for this
project.

• Sweezy Property – No action taken.
• Dunn Property – No action taken.
• Rensing Property (Trail) – No action taken; waiting for survey.
• Holt Property – B-70, etc. – Ben Holt’s property was sold to a developer.
