WCC opened at 7:08 PM in the Town Hall Courtroom to conduct its monthly meeting. Members: Lynne, Les, and Spencer, and town citizen: Laurence Coronis. Alan Preston was absent. Jessie Salisbury was present.
Budget Review: Approved lamination of NH Fish & Game maps
at a cost not to exceed $55.00. Lynne will take care of this project.
ZBA Meeting: Scheduled for 14 September 2004. Abbot Hill
Acres Lot M-45-1 drainage area is a serious problem on this lot.

Planning Board Meeting: Scheduled for 15 September 2004.
Specific agenda not available. Our main concern is Granite States
Application for Expansion; opposition presentations will be heard.

Four Corners Farm Update: Celebration scheduled for 16 October
2004. Spencer is working with Farm people and on Trail ribbon cutting.
Frog Pond Update: Selectmen will be receiving a purchase
and sales agreement.
Potter Road Property Town-owned Land: No action taken.
This Town-owned land, in memory of a town citizen, needs to be monitored.
Bensen Property Riparian Way: Owner not interested.
Hoover Property Easement: In process.
Scenic Road Route 31 AT&T Cell Tower: Crossing of brook
may require utility poles.
King Brook Road AT&T Cell Tower: PSNH may consider
using this for utility lines to tower. WCC feels this would violate
Town-declared scenic road designation.
Sweezy Property: Letter sent to owners by Open Space committee.
Dunn Property: No action taken.
Permits, Violations and Complaints: No action taken this month.

WCC opened at 7:10 PM in the Town Hall Selectmens Office to conduct a special meeting. Members: Lynne, Les, Spencer. Also, Angela Rapp of NRPC.
Natural Resources Inventory with Angela Vincent of Nashua Regional
Planning Commission.
Angela presented the concepts of an NRI, and specifically what NRPC
can offer the Town for this project.
