WCC opened at 7:10 PM in the Town Hall Courtroom to conduct its monthly meeting. Members:  Lynne, Les, Spencer, and Alan. – Items voted were approved by all present.
• Minutes of Jan 10th approved with adjustment in letterhead.
• Budget Approved (See attached) by Budget Committee reviewed and confirmed.
• Bond Issue Hearing – Feb. 21, 2005 at 7 PM Selectmen will hold hearing for Conservation Bond issue.  Posting of hearing have been completed in Telegraph, Town Hall and Post Office.
• Bond Issue Public Information Work Session with Digit Taylor: Dollars & Sense for Open Space – Date to be announced.
• Town Meeting – March 10th.  Bond Issue will be first topic of meeting.
o Warrant articles for Bond and Frog Pond have been approved by selectmen.
• Town Report Letter – Accepted as submitted
• Planning & Zoning Meeting this week.
• Carnival Hill Alan will contact Dirt Whitty to evaluate the type of roof to put on the Well Houses.  Concern was noted at meeting about vandals setting wood shingles on fire.
• Frog Pond
o Frog Pond Workshop # One (See attached report).  Jan 25, 2004 @ 7:30 PM, Town Hall – Wilton, NH
o Frog Pond Lot Line Adjustments (See attached report) was reviewed and needs approved for Selectmen’s okay.
o Driveway right of way K-177 – okayed to extend driveway right of way to end of “new property”
o Right of Way – K-43 – Need to review after the snow is gone.
• Trails
o Corridor # 13 – No GPS maps available due to yearly adjustment in locations
o Rensing Trail relocation material was approved and is ready for selectmen’s review.
• LCHIP 2005-6 Proposal approved
