The Wilton Conservation Commission held a special meeting on Monday, 06 August 2007, at 7:00 PM at the Town Hall Courtroom. Lynne, Les, Alan, and Spencer were present. A number of items in this report were agreed on by consensus.   Any measure where a vote was taken is noted by standard motion procedures.   Please note the above is the approved letter head for WCC

Minutes of June meeting

Frog Pond – Update on Dam Project
 Chad E. Branon of Meridian Land Survey presented the study on the Frog Pond Dam proposal. Motion was made by Les, seconded by Lynne to
 Review with the State as to the status of their opinion of the emergency spillway and report back to the August 13th and approved by all.
Spencer will continue as the contact between WCC and Chad.
 

 Hillside – Proposed Subdivision, ZBA Case # 7/10/07–2  84 acres to subdivide into 11 acres parcels.  Nancy Drohan --- 654-2447 and Nashua 888-1147, Cell 533-3394.   The WCC reviewed letters which are on file.

Motion to have Alan, Les and Spencer of WCC investigate the forest cutting on lot D-84 for proper run-off and soil erosion management.  Review the cutting permit that should be on file.  Motion made by Spencer, seconded by Les and all voted for the issue.

Open Lands/Local Open Space –

McGettigan Easement:   Letter on file Lot F100, F102-4.  Spencer will communicate with Brenda Lind on the projected expenses for Society.  The family is compiling their figures.

McKay violation will be discussed next meeting.

Stephanie Rockwell, an abutter to the Frog Pond has the place up For Sale.   Spencer will explore the status of the removed gate on the right of way.
