Minutes of WCC Meeting
MONDAY – 12 November 2007 – 7:00 PM -- Draft

The Wilton Conservation Commission will hold its regular monthly meeting on Monday,
12 November 2007, at 7:15 PM at the Town Hall Courtroom. Les, Lynne, Alan, Bart and Spencer were the members at the meeting.  Guest included Nikki Andrews, David Andrews, Bill Mahar and Jessie Salisbury.

     Dave and Nikki Andrews:  Discussion of Dam on their Property. The dam is part of a seasonal stream where the pond area is nearly dry most summers.  Flow out of the stream is through a pipe. The non-hazard dam is believed to have existed for more than twenty years.   The discussion centered about a new fee the State is charging for Dam Registration of $2000.00.

ZBA – Upcoming Meeting of 13 November
• LA Limo, Lot L-27, Bill Mahar was here from the SoRLAC who went on the walk.  Lynne read a letter from George May from SoRLAC address to Wilton ZBA...  WCC accept the recommendation on George’s letter and along with our concerns about the water treatment of multiple car washes runoff on site or proper ecological soaps.
• Four Corners Farm, Lot F-98-1, Day care proposal should not interfere with the easement held by the town.   The easement only addresses the exterior of the house.
• Provost Trust has issued a new proposal, Lot B014.  We will discuss it next week.
•  Lot E 170, Oaklane holdings LLC.  , Shoreland protection act has changed and WCC members need to be aware of the new law.
Planning Board – Upcoming Meeting of 28 November
• Perham Woods, formerly Westview Farms – Update/Status
• First Light Farms – Update/Status
• Lots H-83-1 and H 83-4 consolidating to one lot.  Bart will consult with Brenda Lind of SPNHF about the easement on this land.

• Flooding and Storm water Issues –  no actions, Main Street Parking Lot; Rideout Rd/Captain Clark Rd; Pead Hill/Dale Street
