Members Absent: Lynne E. Draper, Spencer C. Brookes II.

Comments:  Upon arrival at Wilton Town Hall notified by the Selectman’s Administrator that the official Wilton Conservation Commission meeting was canceled due to absence of the Chairperson and Recorder.

The members present decided to have an informal chat.

Chat concerned the joint Wilton/Lyndeborough meeting regarding the Provost Subdivision which had been attended by WCC members B. Hunter and W. Mahar the previous week.

The chat commenced at approximately 19:10 hours.

The chat ended at approximately 19:50 hours.
