Les made motion to accept minutes; Bill seconded motion. Voted in the affirmative by all members present.

Budget & Expenditures – Continued Budget Discussion
Spencer noted that the
Budget was accepted by the Budget Committee without a problem

Town Report 2008 – Review

Simoni Property (Culvert),
Ray
Shea presented information on the Simoni division Lot H56-6. One problem was an
ordinance that prohibits driveways within 110 feet each other. There was some
discussion as to when and why this ordinance was enacted. Ray presented the Dredge
and Fill Application for the culvert. After
review by members Spencer signed the Dredge and Fill Application.
Les made a motion that we accept the
proposed wetland crossing. Bill seconded the motion. Voted in
the affirmative by all the members present.
Ray
also talked about the snowmobile right of way.
Carlo Simoni is going to wait until plans for the driveway on lot H56-6
finished before he decides how to proceed with the snowmobile right of way.
However, he will do some sort of easement.
The Commission made it very clear that they did want some sort of trail
easement. Ray confirmed that Mr. Simoni understood.

Les presented plans for a
bridge and parking lot to access Frog Pond on the Carnival Hill side. Beams are
available at the town shed.

Laurence discussed cutting
brush back to the walls.
Spence has not followed up
on USDA on drains.

Spencer sent registered
letters to owner of the land and abutters about the tree house on Four Corners
Farm that was built by an abutter
